After suffering from severe acne throughout his teenage and adult life, PA Williams was inspired to specialize in skin care. He finds great reward in partnering with patients to enable them to feel in control of their future through education and proper medical therapy. PA Williams is a Masters level NCCPA Board Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant, a Diplomat of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. During and following his dermatology residency, PA Williams received training in general dermatology, dermatology surgery, facial reconstructive plastic surgery, and advanced laser therapy.
Tami is a Registered Nurse with ten years of experience, including working for the largest Medi Spa in the Washington DC area. Tami is the main aesthetic practitioner at Kailua Dermatology Centers and is trained in a variety of Laser treatments, Botox, Fillers, cosmetic Chemical Peels, and Microdermabrasion. With an artistic eye and extensive knowledge of skin care, Tami tailors treatments to best fit patient’s needs. Her hundreds of returning customers agree that Tami is a cosmetic connoisseur.

Dr. Michael Anthony Pasquale is a board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeon who has served international patients for over 25 years. He was re-certified in plastic surgery by the board in 2011.
Dr. Pasquale was formerly a military surgeon with the 2oth special forces group. His formal training begins with 5 years of general surgery residency (NYU, PCOM). He then completed a required 2 years of plastic surgery residency at NYU, Beekman Downtown Hospital and Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Pasquale is also a formally-trained microsurgeon from Eastern Virginia Medical School’s institute of reconstructive microsurgery.
Dr. Pasquale is also Faculty Chairman of American Institute of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, Chief of Surgery of Infinity Life Center internationally with Clinics in Hawaii and China. He lectures frequently throughout Hawai’i, Asia, Japan, China and Korea regarding skin care, breast augmentation and facial plastic surgery. He has served as, Clinical Assistant Professor New York University Medical Center, Adjunct clinical faculty for Tourino University and Adjunct clinical faculty for West Virginia school of osteopathic medicine.
As one of the most highly trained and experienced physicians and surgeons in Hawai’i, he is well suited as the Medical Director of Kailua Dermatology & Wellness Centers.
